The terms that govern use of our public website by visitors and prospective members — distinct from the Membership Agreement, which governs the relationship once someone becomes a paying member.
Acceptance of terms. By accessing or using logisticsglobalnetwork.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site. The Site and its content (excluding Member-submitted content) are owned by or licensed to Peaceblue Ltd, trading as Logistics Global Network, and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, copy, or systematically extract the Member Directory or other Site content for commercial use without written permission. You must not use the Site to submit false information, impersonate another company, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Member-only areas.
Directory and third-party content. Member profiles, ratings, and directory information are provided by Members themselves; we do not independently verify every detail and are not liable for inaccuracies in Member-submitted content, save that we will act reasonably to correct known errors. The Site may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Liability. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law. These Website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
