What we do — and don't — take responsibility for as the operator of this network.
Logistics Global Network reviews every applicant against our published membership standards, and we take that qualification process seriously. Even so, membership in the network is not a guarantee of any individual member's ongoing conduct, financial standing, or performance — and it's important to us that this is clearly understood.
We are independent of our members. Logistics Global Network is not owned by, and has no financial stake in, the outcome of any shipment, quote, or agreement between members. We do not act as agent, broker, or guarantor for any member's business.
Information is provided in good faith. Directory listings, company profiles, and other information published on this site are supplied by members themselves. We take reasonable steps to verify applicants during the admission process, but we cannot independently verify every detail a member publishes to their profile afterward, and we are not liable for errors, omissions, or misunderstandings arising from that information.
We recommend independent legal advice. Before entering into any agreement, contract, or shipment arrangement with another member — or with anyone you meet through this site — we'd strongly encourage you to seek your own legal and commercial advice, and to carry out your own due diligence (see our Due Diligence guide).
Member obligations. Members agree that any information they publish or share through the network will be honest and accurate, and each member is responsible for ensuring their own advertising and communications comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising law in their jurisdiction. A member who publishes misleading information agrees to bear responsibility for any resulting claims, rather than the network.
