Company and contact details submitted on the Membership Application Form (company name, address, contact person's name, email, phone).
Trade references and information provided during the qualification process.
Billing and payment details, processed via our payment provider; we do not store your full card details ourselves.
Website usage data via cookies/analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
Communications with us (emails, support enquiries) and, where applicable, photos/video from Network events.

Processing membership applications and running the Directory; lawful basis: Contract (necessary to perform the Membership Agreement). Applies to all applicants and Members.
Qualification and reference checks; lawful basis: Legitimate interests (maintaining Network integrity and member trust). Applies to applicants.
Sending Network newsletters/updates to Members; lawful basis: Contract / legitimate interests. Applies to existing Members.
Marketing emails to prospects; lawful basis: Consent, opt-in required under PECR. Applies to website visitors/leads.
Complying with law, sanctions and fraud checks; lawful basis: Legal obligation. Applies to all.

Third-party service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email, payment processing) under data processing agreements.
Fellow Members, limited to Directory information you agree to publish as part of membership.
Affiliated or sister networks, only where disclosed to you at application and, where required, with your consent.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Because our Members and applicants are based worldwide, some personal data will be transferred outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on UK GDPR-approved safeguards, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum, or transfers to countries with UK adequacy decisions.

We keep applicant data for 12 months if an application is unsuccessful, and Member data for the duration of membership plus 6 years afterwards, to meet contractual, accounting and legal requirements.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls on the Member Directory and secure hosting. In the event of a data breach likely to result in risk to individuals, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours as required by law, and affected individuals where required.
