How admission, conduct, and renewal work

Applications are submitted through our online form and reviewed in the four stages shown above. Most applications are decided within 5 business days of the reference check completing. If more information is needed, our membership team will contact you directly rather than rejecting the application outright.

The membership committee evaluates applications against financial standing, reference feedback, service capability, and alignment with our code of conduct. Approval is not automatic on meeting minimum requirements — the committee also considers whether the applicant's coverage adds meaningful value to the existing network.

All members agree, in writing, to:

• Honor quoted rates and agreed terms with fellow members
• Respond to member inquiries and claims within 5 business days
• Disclose any material change in financial standing or licensing
• Refrain from circumventing agreed commission or referral arrangements

Violations are reviewed by the membership committee and can result in suspension or removal from the network.

Membership fees are billed annually upon approval and at each renewal date. Fees vary by tier (see Membership Benefits for tier details) and cover directory listing, event access, and support. Invoices are payable within 30 days; unpaid accounts are placed on hold until settled.

Membership renews annually. Renewal includes a light-touch re-verification — confirming your license status and requesting any updated references — rather than a full re-application. Members are notified 60 days before their renewal date.
